Do you have a minimum rental requirement? Yes. All rentals require a minimum of 3 hours for space usage. Additional time can be added to your rental at an hourly rate. Setup and cleanup time should be included within your rental period.
Does the rental come with a bartender? Yes. Standard rentals include bartender services as part of your event package. If your event requires multiple bars or specialty service, additional bartenders can be arranged for an added fee.

Do you provide concierge services such as catering, open bar packages, or specialty cocktails? Absolutely! We are here to help you create a memorable and seamless event experience. We can: Craft signature or themed cocktails Coordinate with local caterers or food vendors Order and stock beverages of your choice Just tell us what you need — we’ll help make it happen.
Can I bring in my own food, beverages, or vendors? Outside caterers and food vendors are welcome with prior approval. However, all alcohol service must be handled by The Co-Op staff to comply with licensing and insurance requirements.


Is setup and cleanup time included in my rental? Yes. Your rental time should include both setup and cleanup. If you need additional time for setup or teardown, please discuss this in advance so it can be added to your reservation.
Do you provide sound or lighting equipment? Yes. The Co-Op offers a built-in sound system, projector and mic access suitable for live performances, DJs, or private events. Please let us know your technical needs ahead of time so our staff can assist with setup.
What is your deposit and refund policy? A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Is the space accessible? Yes. The Co-Op is committed to accessibility. The main entrance and event areas are accessible, and staff can assist with any specific needs. Please contact us in advance to discuss accommodations.
